How to reach us
Email realdoc@bamboo.co.th. That reaches the office that runs the bookings, and it is the right address for a question about a booking, a payment, a refund, or anything on the legal pages.
We cannot answer a medical question by email and we will not try. A doctor needs to be able to ask you things back, which is what the call is for.
Calls are offered evenings, early mornings and weekends. Email is answered during Thai office hours.

This website is operated by Bamboo Medical Services Co., Ltd., 31 Soi 13, Sirimangkalajarn Road, Suthep, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand, registered in Thailand under number 0505564007536. The company runs the website, takes the booking and handles the payment. It does not provide medical care.
The consultation itself is provided through D&D Clinic, a clinic licensed in Thailand and permitted to provide telemedicine. The full arrangement, including the clinic's licence number and who is responsible for what, is set out in the terms.
If it is medical, a doctor should hear it.
