There are a great many places to read about your symptoms and very few to ask a doctor about them, at a reasonable hour, for a price you know before you start. We built the second thing.

RealDoc puts you in front of a named doctor, at a time you pick, for one fixed price.
Every doctor here is registered with the Medical Council of Thailand, and we publish the registration number alongside the name, the speciality and the years in practice. You can look it up. That is not a flourish — it is the one claim the whole service rests on, and the reason this page shows faces and names rather than a stock photograph of a stethoscope.

Talk to a doctor, and get treated.
Everywhere else
Talk to a doctor, and know what to do next.
A fifteen-minute video call is not the right answer to everything, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.
It is not for emergencies. If something is severe or getting worse quickly, stop reading and call your local emergency number.
It is not a replacement for your own doctor, who has your history and can examine you.
It cannot produce a prescription everywhere. A licence stops at a border, so what the call can do depends on where you are. That is set out above rather than hidden in the terms.
What it is good for is the hour when you are worried, your own surgery is shut, and the alternative is a search engine.
RealDoc is operated by Bamboo Medical Services Co., Ltd. of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The company runs this website, takes the booking and handles the payment. It does not provide medical care.
The consultation itself is provided through D&D Clinic, a clinic licensed in Thailand and permitted to provide telemedicine, by doctors registered with the Thai Medical Council. They are responsible for the advice they give you and for anything they prescribe. We think that distinction is worth stating plainly rather than burying, because it tells you who is accountable for what. The formal wording is in the medical disclaimer and the terms.
